Junior Producer

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Supporting the Producer with day-to-day activities within production to meet help meet deadlines on time and within budget.
  • Helping track internal and external dependencies required for titles in our portfolio.
  • Reinforcing working relationships between multi-disciplinary team members.
  • Organising meetings and takes care of meeting reports.

Responsibilities will increase with time, with for example the accountability for the complete management of a title in our portfolio.

Requirements

  • Proof of previous organisational / project management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Ability to switch between day to day firefighting and long term planning constantly.
  • Able to effectively communicate with multi-disciplinary team members.
  • Organised, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to take the initiative as the need arises.
  • Solution-driven attitude.
  • Drive to learn and experience new situations, willing to face challenges with a hands-on mentality.

Development Producer

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Tracking internal and external dependencies required for titles in our portfolio.
  • Maintaining project status, task list and backlog by continuously assessing priority, scope and impact.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks well in advance.
  • Writing and tracking bug reports and status.
  • Reporting to team leads and communicating with internal and external stakeholders about project status.
  • Organising daily stand-ups, meetings and taking care of meeting reports.
  • Supporting the development team to do their job to the best of their ability.

Junior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Create product visuals for retail products.
  • Create digital assets for our store pages.
  • Design various types of assets for our social media pages.
  • Create designs for promotional purposes and international conventions.
  • Assist our Graphics team with the creation of Packaging for our games.

Requirements

  • Advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud package, with emphasis on Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of preparing files for print.
  • Background in graphic and multimedia design through education and/or experience.
  • Proven ability to hit milestones and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of what appeals to different target audiences.
  • Strong creative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Ability to switch between day to day firefighting and long term planning constantly.

Programmer

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Unity is a must; knowledge of Unreal Engine a plus
  • Proficient in C# and Object Oriented Programming
  • Experience with Visual Studio
  • Experience with porting games to console
  • Experience with analysing & modifying source code of existing projects
  • Ability to clearly comment code and conform to specific coding standards
  • Experience working with git, SVN, or similar version of source control
  • Experienced problem-solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Experience with profiling and optimizing code or interested in learning
  • Fluent in English and/or Dutch
