Today we've published a new Truck Driver® patch for PS4™ that is heavily focused on fixes for the AI and the in-game garage, while also adding several new features and UI additions. Xbox One players, don't worry; a new patch went live on June 30. The reason it took a bit more time is because the patch approval process of Microsoft is longer for this patch than the patch approval process of Sony. Patch Notes
- Added optional imperial unit system to be selected from the options menu
- Added multiple optional currencies to be selected from the options menu
- Implemented "Stop & Go" braking, which requires players to release and press the left trigger to go into reverse after braking
- Fixed an AI issue where AI vehicles would catapult backwards on highways
- Fixed an AI issue to prevent random accidents to occur on intersections
- Fixed an AI issue to prevent unnecessary traffic jams
- Fixed an AI issue to prevent AI vehicles to rear end each other
- Fixed a garage issue that prevented players to exit the garage
- Fixed a garage issue that prevented players to repair and/or replace truck engines
- Fixed a garage issue that prevented players to switch trucks in the garage
- Fixed a garage issue that resulted in inappropriate charge when selecting 'Repair All'
- Fixed 'Can we build it?' trophy, which will now unlock correctly after completing all story missions for Andrei Funar
- Fixed 'Yes we can!' trophy, which will now unlock correctly after completing all story missions for Ioana Funar
- Fixed an issue where players would get a red light violation fine while not running a red light
- Fixed an issue where windshield rain effect would occur in tunnels
- Fixed an issue where rain would clip through truck cabin
- Fixed an steering issue with the Quest Endurance 8x6 truck
- Fixed an issue where AI vehicles would fall from the sky
- Fixed an issue where game would freeze in main menu when console language is set to Turkish
- Tweaked force feedback settings for multiple steering wheels
